People with a history of mental illness (such as depression) might get worse when they take Montelukast. Bilastine and Montelukast Tablets are used to treat asthma. They are also used to treat neuropsychiatric disorders, but they can make some people who have mental illnesses worse. If you want to use this drug, tell the doctor if you have a mental illness like depression, or seizures (fits).
